Brotherhood

Har Sinai Congregation Brotherhood is a vibrant auxiliary of Har Sinai Congregation, providing a sense of comaraderie for its members and assistance to the temple . Its members assist at temple programs including cultural, religious and social events. Brotherhood accomplishes this through both financial and human resources. The men of Brotherhood, for example, provide ushers for High Holy Day and Shabbat services and conduct two Shabbat services a year. During the year, Brotherhood holds Sunday morning focus breakfasts and a Paid-up Membership Dinner, where speakers are engaged to both inform and entertain Brotherhood membership.

Brotherhood is also committed to social action projects in the community, as well as to raising funds for the Congregation.

Brotherhood is open to all members of Har Sinai Congregation for a nominal annual fee and is free to all new Har Sinai Congregation members for their first year of membership. Brotherhood invites and welcomes all members to take an active leadership role in this important branch of Har Sinai Congregation. It’s a wonderful way to meet your fellow Congregants and to participate in temple life.
