Course Description: Participants in this course will experience baking together as a group under the guidance of a trained pastry chef in our kitchen. Weekly themes will include Sephardi Cookery, Easy Jewish Holiday Desserts, Creamy Pudding Desserts and Cheesecakes!
Facilitator: Chef Adam Unger received his degree in Culinary Arts in 1992. He worked in several locations as pastry and sous chefs. In 2003 he started his current catering company, Adam's Garden of Eatin' in Jacksonville. In 2012, he moved his catering company to Baltimore. Congregation.
